The glutes are the largest and most important muscle group in the human body. Your glutes are vital to everyday movement as the three muscles support your core and work together to abduct, rotate, and extend the hip. Developing strong glutes not only looks great in jeans, but it will also improve your athletic performance, improve your posture, decrease the risk of injury, as well as help avoid muscular imbalances which lead to decreased mobility.
This is a 6 week program designed to add both strength and size to your glutes. The program includes two glute-specific training days per week and can be used along with your current workout regimen. The program uses a progressive overload training style, as this is optimal for gaining strength and muscle mass.
